½ Cuban, ½ Brazilian, 100% Miami
Guillermo’s dad is Cuban and mother is Brazilian and he grew up in the very diverse Latin American culture that is Miami spending many summers back in Brazil with his family. Music, food and soccer sum up his upbringing and from a very early age he found himself intrigued and always helping around the kitchen as his parents cooked. Eventually he went to college a the University of Rochester and became a Mechanical Engineer landing him a job at Procter & Gamble. Always living away from home, cooking became a way to remind me and share with others who I am. Favorite things to make are always anything involving meat with my mantra being the bigger the better.
